At The Fort, Small Group Training is a great marriage of the individual attention and customized programming of Personal Training along with the economic sensibility of our Group Training. After you complete our extensive Personal Training questionnaire your Coach will craft a well-thought, and professional program tailored to meet your goals! Then you’re off and running! Your six week program will meet twice per week for one hour and you’ll work alongside three other like minded, goal oriented people. 12 sessions for a low $300. At The Fort, there’s a Small Group structure perfect for you! Read on to select the group that’s going to help you to become your very best!

Take your fitness to places you’ve never imagined! This once per week offering is the ultimate total body workout CYCLE+STRENGTH. 30 min of a great calorie burning lower body ride in our state of art FortCycle Studio and 30 min upper body/core strength. The perfect marriage of cardio and strength. You’ll complete our extensive personal training questionnaire and we’ll create a custom program for you! 6 sessions for $150. Click here for openings

YOUTH ATHLETIC TRAINING
Are you a team athlete looking to improve athletic performance? Or perhaps you simply understand that physical fitness is for every teen, sport or no sport. We are here for you! Work on core, strength, speed and agility, plyometrics, power and injury prevention in a small group setting. Maximum of 4 participants.
