The Fort has become a critical part of my physical development these past several years. I’d been doing the basic stair climber and self-directed, Nautilus-type workout routines, but not really seeing much progress, constantly hitting plateaus. But soon after I started working with Drew and the Fort trainers, I began rising with more measurable results, strength gain, fat loss, and longer overall endurance. And the trainers stress good form during workouts — something real important to avoid injury while pushing yourself.
These improvements have helped me reach some serious hiking achievements involving very, very challenging mountains and multi-day expeditions, even in the dead of Winter. I’m not a young guy but I can tell I’m performing as well or better than many younger than I, and it’s opening up even more doors for more adventures.
