Get Fit at the Fort with an amazing variety of fitness classes, personal training, corporate wellness, and weight loss programs led by an upbeat, experienced staff of certified health and fitness coaches.

Our coaches are certified specialists in a wide range of health and fitness areas: Personal Training, Strength and Conditioning, Health Coaching, TRX Suspension Training, First Aid/CPR, Yoga, Nutrition and Wellness, Barre, Mad Dog Spin, Performance Enhancement, Speed and Agility, Injury Prevention, Burdenko Method, and MMA Coaching. Our coaches perform over 130 personal training sessions per week!  They lead 40 fun classes on site per week – Bootcamp fitness classes, TRX Suspension Training classes, Barre classes, Kickboxing classes, FMX, Yoga and Iron Strength Training classes.  Our coaches also lead 10 small group personal training sessions per week.  And finally, they instruct 25 Corporate Wellness sessions weekly at businesses around Central New Hampshire, fostering productivity and great health in the workplace.  Fortitude Health and Training’s staff are seasoned, respected, award winning professionals who bring their very best day in and day out to help you to become your very best!

Lisa, Co-Owner & CEO

Lisa Maria-Booth brings 27 years of fitness industry experience to Fortitude Health and Training. Certified as a Personal Trainer with the American College of Sports Medicine, a Strength and Conditioning Specialist with American Fitness Professionals Association, a Nutrition and Wellness Coach with AFPA , Core Power Yoga Instructor, Schwinn and Mad Dogg Indoor Cycle certified, and also Barre certified, Lisa is absolutely passionate about helping people to live healthy lifestyles through creative, fun exercise and smart nutrition.

She offers her clients and members a variety of exercise options including strength, flexibility, interval, cycle and kickbox training, always able to keep the sessions fun, ability appropriate yet challenging. Specialties include sports conditioning, weight loss and wellness counseling. Lisa also specializes in working with special populations, people with limitations and disabilities. Lisa has served thousands of NH adults and children.

Lisa and her family enjoy skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, tennis, waterskiing. Volunteerism and giving back has always been a focus for her, having served on numerous Boards and non profits throughout the State. Lisa’s most recent initiative has been the creation of a program at The Fort to offer underprivileged, athletically gifted high school students pro bono training in a positive inspiring environment.  Lisa was named Outstanding Woman in Business NH 2018 by The NH Business Review.  Come have Fun With Us At The Fort!!


Drew’s goal is to create individualized programs using current research and to set an environment where Fortitude’s clients and athletes want to motivate themselves from within. He is driven by his passion to help others reach their potential no matter their obstacles. Drew specializes in movement analysis to prevent injury, and has a background in orthopedic rehabilitation to help clients post injury.  He trains clients of all ages and abilities and draws on his background in football development, distance running, golf, skiing and snowboarding when training athletes to perform their best in their sport.

Drew is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength & Conditioning Association and holds Bachelors and Master’s degrees in Exercise Science with a concentration in Injury Prevention & Performance Enhancement. He is also a Certified Performance Enhancement Specialist through NASM, a Certified Speed & Agility Specialist through NASE as well as Certified Burdenko Method Instructor.  Drew worked with a variety of team athletes while volunteering as an Assistant Strength Coach at St. Anselm College.

In his free time you can find Drew outside snowboarding, hiking or playing golf.

Danielle, Co-Owner

As a Certified Personal Trainer with AFAA, Danielle Perreault believes everyone has a limitless potential and that their wellness journey is personal and should be tailored to them. She understands the importance of embracing a healthy lifestyle and the balance it brings to people’s lives.

Danielle offers creative, fun, and challenging ways to help members and clients achieve their goals. With 25 years of experience leading bootcamps, youth running, sports conditioning and core/stability training programs, and as a group exercise instructor with the YMCA, she has found success with hundreds of clients. She also holds a certification in TRX Suspension Training, as a First Aid/CPR instructor with the American Red Cross, as a Core Power Yoga instructor, as a Nutrition and Wellness Coach with APFA, and is Barre certified.

Danielle grew up in Manchester and still resides here today with her two beautiful daughters. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, running, adventure races, hiking, and taking advantage of all that New Hampshire has to offer.

Coach and Head Trainer

Jennifer is a Certified Personal Trainer through the American Council on Exercise and is Barre certified. She received her A.S. in Exercise Science from Manchester Community College. Jennifer has acquired a great amount of experience working with clients of all ages and fitness levels.

The focus of her training has been on general fitness, weight loss, injury prevention, sports specific goals, and senior fitness. She offers a variety of exercise options to her clients including: bootcamp, running programs, strength training, flexibility/core training, and interval training.

Whatever your goals, Jennifer will help you achieve them. Her dedication is to the well-being and success of her clients; her ultimate goal is to empower her clients to live a healthy lifestyle.

Lauren has always had a passion for fitness and exercise –  as a cross-country runner in college and as a cheerleader and gymnast in high school.  That passion for fitness has carried into adulthood as she inspires and motivates whether she is hitting the bag, on the bike or coaching you to become your very best!  Lauren’s certifications include Personal Trainer, Zumba, kickboxing, barre, cycling, and body conditioning.  She has been leading fitness programming since 2011 and loves helping people find their passion for fitness!
Lauren lives in Hooksett with her husband and enjoys running outside in her free time. Check out her classes!

Kirstin (aka KK) has been a certified fitness professional for 18 years with AFAA. She is an AFPA Personal Trainer, ACE Health Coach and ACE Sports Performance Specialist. Kirstin is a true believer in fueling the body properly before and after activity to achieve the best results. She is an avid cyclist and certified Spinning instructor. Kirstin teaches TRX, Bootcamp, Kickbox , Barre and focuses on mobility, functional training and trigger point performance.

You name it, she has trained it …. marathoners, triathletes, skiers, lacrosse, soccer and baseball players of all ages. Stronger, faster, smarter! Kirstin is a member of Fortitude’s team of award-winning personal trainers, coaching individuals and small groups to help them become their very best!

Kirstin lives in Manchester, where she is a Varsity Lacrosse coach. She loves to be outdoors with her 2 teenagers, snowboarding, kayaking and on her paddle board.


Kevin has been committed to living a fit life since his college years. After playing football for Tufts University, he began running. Kevin has completed multiple marathons, triathlons and an ironman. He loves working with and inspiring people, so instructing comes naturally.

Kevin is Spin, Ripped and Tabata certified and is also a high school football coach. He also is a Certified Group Fitness Instructor with the AFAA. Join him for class as he loves trying new and challenging workouts; he’ll have you pushing yourself to new limits while having fun!

Kevin lives in Manchester with his wife and two sons.

Hannah comes from a lifetime of athletics, having played D3 college softball and achieving her 3rd degree black belt in Taekwondo.  These activities inspired a love for all things fitness. Hannah can’t wait to help you to achieve your goals with a focus on flexibility and proper technique overarching all.   It’s important to find exercise you enjoy; that will keep you motivated and interested! She is ready to learn about any limitations and knows how to work with them to increase mobility and prevent injury in daily life.
Hannah is a Certified Personal Trainer with the National Strength and Conditioning Association.  She holds a BS in Exercise and is pursuing an MS in Global Public Health.
In her free she she plays competitive softball, coaches a U16 team and just enjoys all things outside!
Francesca has a passion for all things pertaining to movement of the body. She graduated from the University of Tampa with a Bachelor’s of Science in Exercise Physiology, and is currently pursuing her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. She comes to the Fort from Tampa, bringing with her a wealth of knowledge as a personal trainer, group exercise instructor, swim instructor and a physical therapy tech which gave her experience in rehabilitation and working through injuries. Francesca loves trying new fitness activities! Her hobbies include triathlon training, gymnastics, strength training, roller blading, and rock climbing. Her certifications include NASM Certified Personal Trainer, CPR/AED/First Aid, and lifeguarding. Francesca’s goal is to increase each member’s mobility, strength, motivation, and knowledge in order to reach their optimal results.
Jason is a seasoned Tri Athlete who draws inspiration from his parents who are both lifelong runners and the most active people that he knows.  He is fun, outgoing and is driven to help The Fortitude community to be healthy, fit and improve everyday living.  He’d love to meet you in a personal training session or one of his dynamic group classes.
Jason is a Certified Personal Trainer, a Sports Nutrition and Transformation Specialist, an ISSA Indoor Cycling Instructor and an RRCA Running Coach.  In his spare time Jason runs, hikes, skis, pays gold and tennis. He lives in Merrimack with his wife Allyson and their dog, Lucy.

Jared is an elite level Obstacle Course Racer Ski Racer who began his athletic career as a collegiate ski racer and soccer player.  He began coaching ski racing after college.  His love of coaching and passion for improving the lives of those around him through physical fitness provides the drive behind his mission.   Jared loves to combine what he knows on the snow with his knowledge in the gym to provide you with the best of functional fitness.  No matter what your age or level Jared can help you to become your best!  Jared is a Certified Personal Trainer.  He loves all things outdoors and lives in Hopkinton with his wife and two sons.


Rhonda has been in the fitness industry since 1989. She leads group exercise classes, Pilates’, Barre and personal trains adults and children. Rhonda lives by the belief that daily exercise promotes good health, focus and eliminates stress.  She has amassed a variety of credentials with AFAA including, Personal Trainer, Pilates’, Yoga, circuit and resistance training. Rhonda is also AFPA Certified Nutrition & Wellness Consultant and Silver Sneaker Certificated specializing in working with a senior population.

Rhonda lives in Manchester with her husband and two boys.


Kaylene has always enjoyed all things fitness! CompetitiveCheer started at an early age.  Her passion continued through college where she competed on a national stage. For the following several years, Kaylene was a member of a semi pro cheer team and also coached at the Varsity level. As an AFAA Certified Personal Trainer, Kaylene continues to mentor and coach individuals to become their very best physical selves. The skills she bring to your workouts are complemented and enhanced by her certifications in TRX and Reflexive Performance Reset (RPR).  Kaylene lives in Londonderry, NH with her husband and two children.  When not coaching, Kaylene enjoys spending time exploring the outdoors with her family.  


Ashley’s love for ballet came at an early age of two and progressed throughout her teenage years. She took a step away to try cheerleading, dance and gymnastics throughout high school and college. Ever-active and always searching for a new challenge, she has participated in a variety of activities enjoying Pilates, Spin and Yoga. Ashley enjoys helping everyone become successful with their exercise goals regardless of their age, starting fitness condition or limitations. Ashley graduated from Bryant University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management. She holds certifications in Barre and Pilates. Years later Ashley has returned to her first passion, implementing  other forms of fitness she has learned over the years to really intensify the workout. Come join Ashley at the barre!


Kathy has been athletic her entire life. Her experience includes teaching spinning/cycling, TRX and aerobics classes for over 25 years. She is a marathon runner as well as an avid recreational runner with friends. Kathy serves on the Board of Directors for Athletic Alliance.

Kathy firmly believes anyone can become fit and healthy if surrounded by dedicated friends with common goals. She looks forward to sharing her stories with you as you meet your goals and get Fit at The Fort! Kathy grew up and resides in Manchester with her husband, Peter.


Chelsy is a 200 hour yoga alliance certified instructor, as well as a health and fitness enthusiast. She teaches a vinyasa style flow that incorporates both flowing and holding of postures, with an emphasis on the use of breathwork. Her classes are intended to help you gain strength, flexibility and balance; in both body and mind. She always provides variations and modifications in her teaching, as she strongly feels yoga should be available to everyone, no matter age or experience. She hopes to help you feel relaxed and rejuvenated.

Chelsy has been a middle school educator for seventeen years and has coached track, dance, soccer and currently runs a yoga group for teens. In her free times she loves to be in nature hiking, running, kayaking and skiing. She lives in Manchester with her husband and daughter.

Kayla has always been a lover of movement and exercise. She found yoga while in the midsts of training for half marathons and was immediately drawn in by the flexibility and strength training that a yoga practice could offer her workout routine. Over time, Kayla began to realize that yoga created a body and mind awareness that other workouts had never managed to evoke. This awareness lead her to dig deeper into the science of yoga and pursue 200hr teacher training in 2018.
Kayla’s inclination to teach extends into multiple areas of life—as a public school art teacher and high school lacrosse coach she believes in sharing the things she loves with others.
Kayla is passionate about the potential for yoga to heal not only the body but also the mind and the soul. Her classes vary from a challenging and sweaty vinyasa flow to restorative yin practice, aiming to find you balance!
