DOWN WITH BAD CHOLESTROL AND UP WITH HEALTH!

At my recent Doctor visit I was told my bad cholesterol number reached the lowest its been since he started regularly testing it. He said the consistent exercise I’ve been doing has had a significant impact in getting down to a healthy level.

When I mentioned the FortCycle classes I enjoy going to and the Fortitude group strength classes, Doctor said to keep at it and they were perfect for someone my age. Thanks to the entire Fort Cycle and Fortitude team.

I ENCOURAGE ATHLETES OF ALL LEVELS (INCLUDING THOSE WHO DON’T THINK OF THEMSELVES AS ATHLETES) TO GIVE THEM A TRY. YOU WON’T REGRET IT.

Danielle and Lisa are simply the best strength and training instructors I have ever worked with. I have recommended them to everybody from strong athletes to couch potatoes who needed some encouragement, and in every case Danielle and Lisa have won them over. New faces in their classes and those needed some extra encouragement get a warm, smiling reception at every turn, while those that can handle it get some tough love to push themselves to the next level.

I have watched over the last few years as the core group of regulars have lost weight, toned up and become serious athletes. Amongst Lisa and Danielle’s high energy and magnetic personalities, is an understated but serious and professional approach to providing creative and effective workout routines. That along with their passion for exercising is contagious. It’s a winning combination. I encourage athletes of all levels (including those who don’t think of themselves as athletes) to give them a try. You won’t regret it.

Bootcamp….nothing like it….I first met Lisa and Danielle at their AWESOME Manchester Y class and have now been with them at The Fort for three years!! Both are so energetic and interested in EACH person that comes to their classes. Their energy is endless, especially in their preparations for each class …they truly work so hard and make it tough but CERTAINLY worth the while.. I push myself like no other workout… Since dedicating myself, I have lost 30 lbs, my endurance and strength have increased 10-fold… come check it out– you’ll love it!

THEIR BOOTCAMP IS GREAT BECAUSE THEY CONTINUE TO CHANGE AND IMPROVE THE CLASS. IT IS NEVER BORING ALWAYS EXHAUSTING.

I have been going to Lisa and Danielle’s boot camp since right around the time it started. You would think I would tired of going to it by now or moved beyond it physically, you would be wrong. The class continually kicks my butt. It is rare for me not to be sore after every class. Which is why I keep going. I get the best workouts in this class because they push me hard and past what I can or would do on my own. It is great because they continue to change and improve the class. It is never boring always exhausting. I am in better shape because of boot camp but still tired after each one because they keep raising the bar.

DANIELLE ESTABLISHES AN ENVIRONMENT IN WHICH ALL PARTICIPANTS FEEL SAFE, ENCOURAGED, AND MOTIVATED!

As a new mom, I was incredibly hesitant to get back into a workout routine; especially one as challenging as bootcamp! I was afraid that I was way out of shape to keep up with the rest of the group. Danielle very quickly put me at ease, and encouraged me to do my best at my own pace. Danielle has an incredible ability to use her vast knowledge and expertise to modify her classes to accommodate all levels of fitness. Most importantly, she establishes an environment in which all participants feel safe, encouraged, and motivated! TRX is the fun, challenging jump start that I needed to get back on track toward achieving my health and fitness goals. Try one of The Fort’s classes… you will NOT be disappointed.
