Taking Care of Your Feet

When should I replace them? 

As a general rule,  athletic shoes last up to 500 miles or approximately 45-60 hours! How often you treat your feet to fresh kicks depends upon amount of usage, signs of wear and age of the shoe.  Most athletic shoes, used on a regular basis, need to be replaced every three to six months! Keeping a pair of your favorites just for the gym helps the longevity.
