Every day I walk into the gym and see amazing, hardworking people. I often wonder what motivates them and what gives them the strength to do what they do each day. I am often astounded by their determination and tenacity. Seeing this is the one of the greatest parts of my work.

At the outset of the 2016 Olympic Women’s 5000 Meter Race, Massachusetts native Abby D’Agostino collided with a New Zealand opponent. Not an uncommon occurrence in the early stampede, the typical contender would have kept going for the Gold. Abby, however, extended an arm, helped her opponent up and urged her to continue.
