At the Fort our recipe is simple. Relationship-based fitness training… working shoulder to shoulder with beginners to marathoners, all inching closer to becoming healthier and stronger… that’s motivation.

The results are life changing and powerful. We partner with you in your quest for a fit healthy lifestyle. We know you, your goals, and your limitations. The environment is challenging yet our approach is no one left behind – an amazing balance that works for all! Lisa and Danielle offer 50 years collective experience of motivation, camaraderie, respect and FUN. Along with their staff of 10, The Fort is a place where everyone feels welcome and accepted.

Our facility is built on our philosophy. No wandering off into a sea of treadmills here! We provide an amazing variety of activities led by an upbeat, experienced staff in a clean and inviting 10,000 square foot gym.

Fortitude Health and Training’s business model is three pronged:

GROUP FITNESS CLASSES, where hundreds get in and stay in top shape by attending any of The Fort’s 37 fun classes per week. We offer Bootcamp fitness classes, TRX Suspension Training classes, Barre classes, Kickboxing classes, and Iron Strength Training classes. There’s something for everyone and no one is ever left behind! You simply show up and we’ll do the rest!

PERSONAL TRAINING – Fortitude has a breadth of experienced and certified personal trainers, partnering you with a Coach who will bring you creative, ever changing, thoughtful and totally personalized programming. Even clients who grudgingly start an exercise program find they love it and look forward to each session!

CORPORATE WELLNESS PROGRAM – Fortitude’s group based and personal training model is complemented by a cutting edge Corporate Wellness Program. Businesses understand that a healthy staff member is more productive, has fewer sick days and is more committed to the organization for which they work. Fortitude brings its top notch programming onsite – yes, to your business. Clients all over the Millyard and Greater Manchester, with or without their own onsite gyms offer their staff The Fort’s healthy lifestyle/weightloss, exercise classes, running programs, stretching and distressing clinics, CPR training, women’s self defense, yoga. Fortitude partners to create the perfect program for each organization.
